White Heather is a 40ft wooden top and hull sailing / fishing vessel from circa 1926,reported to have been built by Richard Pearce at East Looe. The boat is lying ashore at Gloucester.
We are selling this boat on behalf of Canal River Trust who are more interested in the heritage value rather than the monetary value of the boat. As such they are looking for prospective buyer to demonstrate that they are able , from both cash flow and skill perspective to carry out the necessary repairs and refurbishment of this historic craft.
This vessell had recently been sunk and re floated, there is extensive repairs to the wooden hull that will be required.
