37ft MORGAN GILES CRUISING YACHT - 1947 -
MATAWA was built to an F C Morgan Giles design by Cardnell Brothers, Maylandsea, Essex, for W E Mason of Woodford Green, Essex in 1947. She featured in Yachting Monthly shortly after launching. In 1952 A W Hollway of High Town, Lancashire became the second owner followed by Joy Donaldson in 1955. 46ft. GAFF CUTTER 9 Metre R Racer - Professionally Restored
PANDORA was built to a design by Johan Anker to the newly created ‘metre rule’ set in London in 1906. She is most likely the first yacht built to the rule at the Anker & Jensen yard in Norway of which eight 9 Metre R boat were built before the Great War.
